CIPA is guided by a collaborative, multi-program leadership structure that ensures shared decision-making, accountability, and alignment with our mission to advance community integration nationwide.

Board of Directors

CIPA transitioned into formal governance as of January 2026, and a Board of Directors was elected for a two year term. The Board of Directors guide the organization’s continued growth and ensure accountability to its members. The Board will serve as CIPA’s decision-making body, responsible for overseeing governance, finances, and strategic direction.
